Has anyone seen Star Wars--the 2002 edition?
I am watching it now on HBO and wow--seems to be alot of changes. It's been since the 70's since I saw the first one. I don't remember some of these people, but then it has been years.

What did ya think?

1. I guess it clears up the "who-fired-first" Creedo or Han question.
and considering Jabba the Hut was a pretty immobile PUPPET in SW:The Empire Strikes Back, he gets along fairly well in the updated SW:A New Hope... ah, consistency.

2. I think you're referring to
Star Wars Episode 2: The Attack of the Clones.

The two new movies (Episode I: The Phantom Menace and Episode II)have been a disappointment.

I really like the original three (which are now considered episodes 4,5, and 6).

Some of the characters are new like Queen Amidala. She's the mother of Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker. Then there's the annoying character Jar Jar Binks...

Apparently Episode III is coming out next summer. I hope it's better than the other two, but I'm not expecting it to be.

4. Watch them again ...

I think you'll find some insight if you study the actions of Senator Palpatine. The first three were space westerns.

These are action-political dramas.

5. Have you ever noticed
the resemblance between Sen. Palpatine and Sen. Lieberman?
