| How would one go about finding an email address? |
|
I lost contact with a girl that I went to High School with and I remember the beginning of her email address but I don't remember the other part.
She didn't have AOL, Yahoo or any well known email carriers.
There use to be a place of the Internet that you could type the beginning of the email address in and it would provide you with the email carrier that the person uses.
If someone can help me with this dilemma I would appreciate it.

the part you remember.
Mr. Search Engine treats the @, like other punctuation, as a space, so a search on, say, "oldflame" will get you the results containing 'oldflame@obscureisp.com' that you're looking for.
Edit: DU software dislikes double-quotes and at-signs in combination. Go figure.
