Would you answer the phone

I got called on my mobile while otherwise engaged & wasn't sure what the protocol is? Should I answer & talk normally, answer & ask them to call back in ten minutes, let them ring off & hope that they left a message.

This was a call from a business, no number came up, so I knew it wasn't a friend.

Just because you can do two things at once, doesn't mean you should. Ignore the phone and continue with your reading.
