Anybody familiar with internet phone services?

Came across this service from lingo.com

Don't know what to think, though it does seem cheaper than standard Bell service. Thoughts?

but in the news recently is their hobbible privacy policies:

havn't tried it myself. they dont have any local toll free numbers for me, and I don't think I can xfer my cell number

The quality is probably better than a regular phone and it's a lot cheaper. It's lead to serious VOIP investments for me. Pick of Fortune or any tech investments periodical and it looks like VOIP will explode.
