Why Wendy?
She's smart
She is one of the top students(if not the top student) in South Park Elementary.

She's resourceful
If something needs to be done, she'll GET it done, by all means. Remember that one incident when that substitue teacher tried to steal Stan, and ended up getting sent to the sun in a rocket?(SP111) Thats what I call resourceful.

She's caring
Wendy is caring, to the extent that she often called a 'tree-hugging hippie' by Eric Cartman. However, she doesn't just care about trees. She cares for the people. She even cares about the country as a whole. When MAC were trying to execute Terrance & Phillip, did Wendy and her friend Gregory not try to gather the masses against such a cause?(SPMOVIE) And how about that one time when Chef found the flag racist, did she not anter the debate with the stand to change it?(SP408)

She's been there before!

Goals
Wendy's Campaign pledge:

I, Wendy Testaburger, pledge that if I am elected as Class Chairman 2004, I will do my very best to very the class.

I will ensure that peace and order shall remain within the class. At the same time, I will allow all students freedom to do as they please, as long as they neither disrupt the class or disturb others.

I will do my best to improve the welfare of the students. The current plans stand as such:
→ Ensure that everyone has their right in the class, and no one is bullied or picked on(too much).
→ Reduce the amount of homework, so everyone can learn at their own pace.
→ Control Cartman and his unruly behaviour.

As such, I hope that you will all make the correct choice for the best candidate, as obvious as it is, and may the best man (or woman) win.
