It is carried one of the local pbs stations.

If you switch to satellite and get the one sattelite disributor that carries BBC America, you will get it regularly.

I never watched it during its first run. Never gave it a chance because I was more used to Monty Python, and Fawlty Towers sort of British humor, But a started watching it here late at night and am addicted to the show. It is available on DVD and I am thinking about slowly accumulating it season by season.
