I just realized; DU has the greatest layout ever

i was looking (VERY quickly, without absorbing) at the freepers and ldotters, i couldnt help but wonder: is their stupidity coming from their SHITY ASS LAYOUT? i mean, wtf? its ALL text; no breakup of messages, no real personalization, no way to stop you from going crazy reading it for more than 5 minutes (though i think thats a prereq. for the sites). how come we kick so much ass?

It is SO much clearer and more pleasant to navigate than any other site I go on.

the software those sites use is crappy. I try now and then to peek in and take their measure, but the board formats make me run away screaming (not before getting a dose of the disgusting, stupid comments, unfortunately).

3. You are right, the Uglican sites are ugly

I just hit the Freeper site tonight and man, you are right. The Uglican sites are uuugly. Not only that, but hard to read. Took me a minute to figure out what went with what. And the vast majority of their posts are one or two sentences. So full of back slapping.
