I don't remember 1966. I lived in Hollywood CA and was trying to stay
one trip ahead of Timothy Leary. I think!

2. I don't remember much until July...
when I came screaming out of this long tunnel with a light at the end.

Then some guy smacked me on the ass. The nerve!

I spent most of 1966 in a pad full of amniotic fluid, digging the screwdrivers mom kept sending down to keep me from bugging her as much.

They didn't know about fetal alcohol syndrome in those days.

3. Only thing I remember about 1966
is the address of the place I worked. 1750 N. Vine St. Hollywood 90028. The rest is just a psychedelic blur.

13. I lived on Cole Avenue at one time
Very briefly.

But it was in the middle 1980s, not 1960s.
