SPOKANE, Wash. -- The co-founder of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream is on the road, towing a 12-foot-tall effigy of President George W. Bush with fake flames shooting out of the trousers of his flight suit.

Ben Cohen says it's an acceptable way to point out what he calls the
president's lies. The parody is a reference to the children's rhyme, "Liar, liar, pants on fire."

Cohen says you don't call people liars in polite society. He says it's much more dignified to say, "Excuse me sir, your pants are getting a little warm, don't you think?"

Next stop on the Pants on Fire tour is Spokane, Wash.
