This is especially directed to all reader's of Oprah's magazine. See that blooming second chin and attendant jowl? This man knows dick about dieting. The fact that he wrote a book about losing weight ranks up there with the fact that Ozzy Osbourne got rich as a singer.

What, he doesn't address his message to men as well?

And why not take "dieting advice" from a fat person? You know the old adage: those who can, play. Those who can't, coach. One can know everything there is to know about diet and nutrition and still not be able (or even willing) to apply it to oneself.
