Cold supper

We're having a cold supper tonight: tuna salad on French rolls, cantaloupe, cottage cheese and three-bean salad.


What for supper at your house?

1. chicken breast covered in jalepeno slices and crushed garlic

and a splash of Frank's Red Hot Sauce

3. Instant Mac'n'cheese

if I'm not too lazy that is.

4. Couscous cooked with grilled vegetable broth and garden fresh salad.

Fruit salad for desert.

6. Grilling tonight...

Your basic loaded cheeseburgers with fries; frozen yogurt and strawberries for dessert.

7. Hunk of french bread w/butter, big hunk of cheese, bunch of fresh cherries

Plus a big glass of apple juice and a coupla handfuls of granola from the coop.

Eatin local tonight (I'm in Wisconsin). I think all of it comes from within 200 miles. Cherries were early, and maybe not quite ripe yet. Oh well.
