Does anyone miss the old, free Juno Email?

The one that you could use with no ISP...took about 1 minute to download your mail, and then was offline?

I don't know if Juno supports it anymore or not, but this was the greatest, simplest email ever.

1. I think Juno still has free email service available

Though the softwares is much larger, and inclides very limited free Internet Access, you can choose from the startup menu whetther you want to log into the free World WIde Web Access (10 hours a month and you get booted or are not allowed to log in if too many paying members are trying to access the same dial up) But the email is still free and available as far as I remember. It is great. Dial up your emails get downloaded, you are disconnected, you open and read them offline, and then write answers, and upload all of the email and get disconnected as soon as they are finished. Yes I tried it about six weeks ago and it was up and running. You can load the old software, but it immediately requires an automated update to the new sofware before you cna access your mail again.

Damned....I forgot that stuff even existed...
