Clinton was good, (His 88 Keynote was dreadful though) ...

5. I think Clinton mastered the TV .
Kennedy was good as well, but he did not do it as long as Clinton did. In the last years of the Clinton presidency, Bill was at the hight of his game.

... if they didn't scrub his unlimited flubs from the nightly news.

These days, the camera is treating Dubaya pretty badly even in his GOOD moments.
