Oh, we are. We even have a social program set up to assure the well-being of children everywhere. It's been field-tested and has a wonderful success rate; we're very enthusiastic about it.
It's called FAMILIES.
We also have several sister programs with related purposes, such as our program to end unwed motherhood called QUIT BEING A SLUT, and one guarunteed to assure a higher standard of living for the children and the entire family called GET A JOB YOU LAZY CRAPBAG.
Some of these aren't exactly popular with people, much like our three-part program to end the spread of venereal diseases, MARRIAGE, MONOGAMY, and FIDELITY (also known by the rather unwieldy title QUIT SHTUPPING AND KEEP YOUR PANTS ZIPPED UNTIL YOU'RE MARRIED YOU DISGUSTING STUPID SKANKS)--- but where practiced, they are proven nearly 100% effective.
If you go out and bang the gong with someone, and a baby results, it's YOUR FAULT. Which means it's YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. That you're a pathetic, whiny, lazy, irresponsible, self-centered brattish infantile nit who refuses to TAKE that responsibility in no way obligates me to do it for you.
It may, however, obligate me to kick your hind end repeatedly until you do.
