I'm making shish-ka-bobs. Marinated sirloin, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Yum!

4. A humongous steak...
We had a surprise party for my guitarist's wife's 30th birthday today. He's quite the grilling enthusiast, and he acquired a filet that must have been 18" long, if not longer. Delicious.

7. Not today
We're having chicken cordon bleu today. Tomorrow, I'll be barbecuing a brisket. USDA choice. Yum. I can't say I'm all that good at barbecuing brisket yet, but I have another 25 - 30 years of life to practice.

16. I have cooked ribs
over an open fire pit while camping. They were the best ribs I have ever had!

The ones we had tonight were almost as good though.
