simpsons episodes about which you still have questions...
When col. Clink's spirit appears in one episode and homer says "Col. Clink! Did you get my letters?"
Clink vanishes as he says "Homer this dream is over"
WTF?
WHAT LETTERS?
What were they about?
Why are you writing to the NAZI and not Hogan?
Did Bob Crane's lifestyle put you off?

2. How was it that Dr. Marvin Monroe came back to life?
He was dead after one episode and came back a few years later.

What gives?

14. Groening was from Eugene/Springfield, OR
Actually Eugene...but if you know the area Eugene and Springfield are practically one city, with two distinct voting patterns.

Now here's the clincher - when you enter Springfield, OR there is a big metal statue of Jebediah Springfield (well, they don't call him that, but it looks just like the one in the show)

10. "Northern Kentucky" LOL
..From the "Behind The Laughter" episode. Probably just another joke to confuse us, but I'll take that answer so I stop wracking my brain over it.

16. I think Kentucky is it
HOWEVER, every time they replay that episode, they change the state.

BUT Kentucky, AFAIK, is the only state with a Springfield and Shelbyville that are relatively close. It may actually be the only state with both cities period.

7. I like how the view from the backyard is constantly changing.
Like in one episode it was right on the edge of the prison yard, and in another one it was right on the power plant parking lot. I'm sure there are more, but I only remember those right now.

8. The "Murderhorn" is right across the street too
Springfield also has an oceanfront shoreline.

What ever happened to the escalator to nowhere and the monorail track?

12. I've been tempted to buy that game
but heard it sucked (mostly from hardcore gamers). Is it fun enough in your opinion to buy, or should I rent it first?

13. Road Rage sucked. But Hit 'n Run was awesome.
Road Rage is the one where Burns buys the public bus system, and you can play various characters who use their vehicles to run an underground taxi system. The game is basically pick up a character at point A, deliver them to point B. Do this as quickly as you can to accumulate enough dollars and points to unlock new characters and new vehicles. That's it. Boooooring.

But Hit 'n Run is much more entertaining. There is a plot, a story behind it. You go on different "missions," many of which require you to exit your vehicle and interact with people and objects. It's based on the Grand Theft Auto engine, from what I understand (I've never played GTA).

I couldn't get enough of it, and it kept me busy for several weeks - an hour or two every couple of days. Still fun to go back and play some of the missions over again.

Go to GameStop (used games) to buy it. You'll save some bucks. It's worth adding to your permanent collection, IMO.
