A nickname one of my great-grandparents gave her and it stuck. Her real name is Janice Darleen and no one ever called her Janice. It was either Darleen or Chuckie.

I hope some day she will tell me she had an affair and the man I called my father for so many years (Ron) really isn't my Dad at all. Last time I saw him was when he tried to choke me to get to my husband to beat him up. I stepped between them both. And he took it out on me. I was about six months pregnant at the time.

Of course I should not have been surprised since my Mom left him for his abuse of her!
