Tonight, two Hartford, CT cops were seriously injured during a drug bust.

One was even shot in the face! Two suspects were shot and killed, as well.

Coincidentally, today Mayor Eddie Perez introduced the city's new police chief, Patrick Arnett. Talk about trial by fire!

My heart goes out to those officers and their loved ones. Here's hoping they pull through!

Too many good cops have been killed or injured in this war on drugs. I hope those cops come out of this ok. I salute you being out there for us.
