'bout drove him insane. Their fans and their backstage scene is unmanagable, and when there was an issue with security, the band would never back him up.

He said that their fans were an obnoxious bunch of whiny, arrogant rich kids, following the tour on mummy and daddy's credit cards.

I can say that I am truly saddened by the news. I can understand that Phish may not have been your thing, however what good does it do to create a thread devoted to how something you didn't enjoy? I'll see you on the final tour this summer, SPAC > DEER CREEK > ALPINE VALLEY > GREAT WOODS > COVENTRY.

It's all still a little surreal...
