What does the Ltd. after a product denote?
I assume it means "limited", implying that the product is in short supply or will not last long.

Is it usually just there to make the name sound cooler?

2. It is actually somewhat different than an Inc.
But the same concept, the way a business is organized. I think Limited is a term used more in England. Here they are LLC "Limited Liability Corporation." Being incorporated is a more costly process. Not being a lawyer, (I just play on on TV) I know know details.
