God dammit - I've gain four pounds
I've gotta get back to my cauliflower/wax beans and soup diet. I used to just eat that in Alberta cause I was poor... but I felt better and was getting in shape.

The trick is doing it..... how everyone else doing on the wieght front?

7. People have different body systems
Some have to work twice as hard as others to get the same bodies. I don't why but I think their may be some scientific reasoning behind it.
