3. It was a dark and stormy night

in the dead of winter, in northern Ohio. I was getting off second shift at the factory, and it was freezing cold and everything was covered with ice. I fired up my little Mazda, shifted into reverse, and heard a resounding CLUNK! I couldn't shift out of reverse. The tranny had gone bye bye.

I drove that *&!$&@&@%^^!!!! car home-- THREE F**KING MILES, in reverse. I was so pissed off I was determined to drive half way 'round the world before I gave in to that bloody beast.

I made it home. I parked it, and never drove it again.

True story. Honest!
