Class of 2005, Thinking back to 7th grade when we were in the confines of our own little cluster, I remember it seemed like we were never going to get here. But sure enough, we are here. Next year, we are going to be the seniors. Senior year is the last chance you have to make an impression on your teachers, your peers, and your community. Nobody but you can choose the outcome of the impression you leave on others. But as role models for other classes, we now have the chance to impress people with our class in a positive way. Not only should senior year be about having fun, but it should also be about influencing others in our school. As your secretary, I will keep good notes as well as communicate your wishes to my fellow officers. I will be involved in other activities like yearbook, key club, and effective schools that will help bridge groups and have us work together for the kids in this school. For too long it seems like people haven't been knowing what's going on. I want to help bring these people back in by making agendas and notes readily available to all seniors. I believe that we should listen to you more and spend more time communicating our ideas to you. As secretary, I believe I can help close this gap between officers and their fellow students. Remember that if you want our senior year to be really memorable, vote for me as class secretary. Thank you.
Edits, suggestions, etc are welcome. Friday is when I actually do this thing.
