I would spread some tin foil down on the grill, and then cook them on that.

Haven't done fish or other seafood before, but I have grilled a turkey, and even collected drippings for gravy...

Always grilled, yet always inherently and painfully boring enough to never need to be. Does that sound like a problem? I think so.
