| Just Saw a Chilling law & Order |
A crazy murderer gets the death penelty and talks about 15 bodies he has stored away and that his legal aid lawyer saw them, when le legal aid lawyer cites attorney/client privelage McCoy releases the story to the papers and hundreads of people show up at the legal aid lawyers office, send him death threats ect. he still wont talk, attorney/client privelage, than they use something the murderer says to charge him with aiding and abetting, he still wont tell, McCoy puts 5 people on the stands doing sob stories, no real evidence is presented, he gets convicted, the lawyer still wont tell.

| 3. When LAW AND ORDER was a new show, the prosecution lost cases |
almost as often as it won them. I don't watch television, but my husband often watches this show and I can hear the action. It seems to me that the Prosecution never loses a case any more even when the evidence is very flimsey.
