so I'm off bread and sweets for a while. Guess what they have going on FoodTV tonight? C'mon, guess. BREAD AND SWEETS .... SWEETS AND BREAD!! Evil Martha is prancing around the screen right now with many loaves of bread - french, white, marble, etc etc. I WANT BREAD

3. Yeah I'm not doing Adkins
but I occasionally quite bread, rice, sugar and pasta which is what I'm doing now. Can't give up summer fruits or abstain from garden tomatoes.
