Hey VEGETARIANS I just ate a big fat plate of meat for lunch! YUM!

Oh and don't get me started on Vegetarianism vs. Veganism. Lacto-ovo Vegetarianism is one of the healthiest diets around, Veganism, on the other hand, well let's just say you could end up both obese and undernourished at the same time if not done right. And it's pretty hard to do it right.

1. Vegan for 16 years
I've been vegan for 16 years without any problem. My health improved after becoming a vegan, and I haven't lacked any nutrients.

Of course, I can cook and I'm not afraid of trying stuff from around the world.

I live in NYC now, so that makes it easy to be a vegan. But I managed very well for years in Buffalo. As long as you have decent grocery stores around and you like to cook I can't imagine any reason why malnutrition would be a problem.
