Anyone on a (certain food) kick right now?

I'm obsessed right now with Caesar Salad. It's so good I want to have it for every meal. Anyone have a certain food they are in love with right now and can't get enough of?

1. Mediterranean stuff...

I've been jonesing for gyros and their Turkish cousin, the Doner Kebap. My fridge is full of Hummus and pitted dates (we just found an awesome Lebanese deli).

Last month, we were on an Empanada kick, isnce we just got back from Argentina.

3. I'm on a BLT kick right now...

and salads with sesame seed dressing. Bacon and redleaf lettuce are on sale, and the salads are an excuse to slurp down that sesame seed dressing.

And asparagus. It's asparagus season, and it's on sale all over the place.

4. I have been on a pork kick for, like, the past decade.

Pork roast, pork chops, whole tenderloin, ham, bacon, spanferkel, pigs' feet, hog maws, knuckles, liver sausage, other sausages, shoulder, butt, snoots -- I can't get enough of it!

6. We got the best Pork Loin from Schwan's a while back.

Do you have those where you are? Oh my god, they were like an inch thick and so tender. I keep trying to get my mom to get some from the store to bake, but she only gets breakfast pork chops because they're the cheapest. I'm like, why only get the cheapest when you know you'll enjoy the best? She's not a pauper. :shrug:

But I do agree. Pork is SOOO good.

15. I have had a serious BBQ jones recently.

In the last two weeks I have had ribs (twice), briscuit (twice), and this past Monday I barbecued a ton of chicken.
