Are the telemarketers still calling you?

I did not sign up for the do not call list, but for a while after it went into effect I received maybe one or two calls but now I am being bombarded with calls.(Had to sign up but it takes 3 months before it goes into effect to file a complaint) I have a home based business line so I am home most of the day and have to hear my personal family phone line ringing from about 8:30 am early morning to 9:00 pm. I turned off the answering machine to stop messages and now am a victim held captive by my caller ID which I must check before I can even think of answering our personal line.

I answered the phone one day, mad as hell to tell the telemarketer number below again to not call now they call every hour.

Any suggestions or things that you have done to stop the calls would be appreciated. Has anyone been getting calls from this telemarketer # 201-793-1699 that calls my # every hour?
