Government cant afford prisons - microchips instead

Most states have gone bankrupt and the massive prison population needs more money than the gov. has.

The solution will be microchips or ankle bracelets with GPS positioning systems.

They know your every move, the most likely time you arrive at the grocery store, when you're most likely at the video rental shop, and where you work... they are watching every moment invisibly with their databases. Even now, they know within a few feet where to target a hellfire missile from a predator to clean out your cell.
