1. First I would have to know which candidate the DNC

will support behind the scenes, with that money. It is soft money, right?? I would also have to know that the DNC will select their favorite, according to which one has the best chance of beating bush, not by some insider criteria.

I do understand people may not be able to donate, I myself am stretching it thin also. But then I think four more years of Bush? I will find the money somewhere!

5. I don't care either, except that it might not be the one

with the best chance of winning, or any chance, for that matter. You might assume they would take that into consideration, but they don't necessarily. After all, how well did they back Gore in 2000, once the election was seriously in danger in FLA???
