1. Does it matter? NOTHING will be done.
I wouldn't get too wrapped up in this. It will fall by the wayside like everything else. Remember all the buzz and outrage over the outing of the CIA agent? Where does that stand now? Exactly!! Haven't heard -0- on it for months now. So just like everything else, this will come and go like yesterday's weather report. Things like this used to be a big deal. Under this shrub it's just ho-hum another scandel. I've seen endless reports about the big snowstorm on the east coast but have absolutely nothing on tv about this. Are you getting the picture? A US Rep being bribed on the house floor and threatened if he didn't take it is not important to the press. Frozen water falling from the sky in large amounts, now that's a story! In fact on Saturday CNN, MSNBC and most networks' lead story was the big snowstorm. THEIR LEAD STORY!!! So apparently watching snow accumulate on a corner in Boston is much more important than a major felony being committed on the house floor!

2. Nick Smith
but I think he didn't take it, he stuck with his no vote. And he is now kind of backing away from the charge, though everyone knows it's true. Nancy Pelosi mentioned it on the floor today.

3. No, no, no.
Which one, and how many, of the "yes" votes accepted the bribe?

We know Smith's story. What are the other stories. (I think this is what this post is about)

The next question is: How many needed a bribe?

5. All who voted for.
Corporate lobbying should be outlawed! SERIOUSLY! IT IS NOT DEMOCRACY!
