It's legal RIGHT NOW.

Implication is that its now illegal and you must affirmatively somehow make it legal.

It's Texas, Darlin'. The language we speak here is a whole lot like English.

Let me give you an example: I recently wrote an article for the local newspaper. A reader pitched a snot nosed hissy fit about it. However, after thinking about it for a few days, the reader decided that he didn't want his letter published. This is a direct quote from his second to letter to me "I kindly with drawl that statement."

We spent all afternoon pondering that maybe that meant that he wanted to say his statement with a Georgia accent.

I suppose the commercial is true--Texas is a "whole other country." And I used to live there.
