Medicare chief, Scully, author of new bill.....resigns to advise companies

Medicare chief, Scully, author of new bill.....resigns to advise companies
The companies that will profit from the bill, that is. Not really obvious is it? This is the same Scully who said he would fire his actuary if he gave out information on how many millions would suffer from this bill. He said he did not have to tell anyone anything.
