I haven't been following it that closely, and I don't understand much about it. But if Congress is considering passing it, it must reek. Who will it benefit most - Bill Gates? Repuglicans?

Now that most of our institutions have been corrupted, the Internet is one of democracy's most potent weapons. Thus, it would be absurd to imagine that corporate powers don't want to take it away from us.
