DUers My GOD! You are totally missing the whole picture here.

KKKarl, Shrub, Dick, Rummy, Condi, Asscroft are all afraid of Clark.
(No, I'm not gonna toot his horn here read on)

They are going to do anything they can do to get you to support other Democratic candidates. Haven't we already established that the media are NOT LIBERAL? So when you go out and pull quotes from the WP, NYT, LAT, and any other paper just keep in mind where their objectivity leans. ------> It leans over here--------> Any further and they'd all fall over.

Support who you want. Just support someone. Don't let your support be swayed by the RW media machine and KKKarls buddies. I thought we were smarter than this.

Just wait, my predicition Dean is going to win the nomination and either A...Hell go center and you'll all be pissed or he'll stay left and lose and then we'll be whinin' for another 4 more years.

If you think all the stuff about Clark is bad now just think what they are gonna let fly when Dean takes the nod. Just remember if you can Dish it you gotta Eat it at some point in time.

So Shake it off, Toughen' up and hold on 2 your under pants! The worst is yet to come my friends...

Flame me baby :grr:

2. Sorry, I am not buying into anything. I have finally decided to support
Kucinich. It's the only principled vote for me. The man is not perfect but he is the only true alternative to Bush and the RWingers.

Some may say that he's "a dreamer, but not the only one."

5. Great! I'm glad you can admit he isn't perfect, none of the are
But you know what is important to you and you are supporting the candidate who supports what you think is important.

That is the way it should be...!

I kike Kucinich also! I'd marry him! If I were his wife he'd get my vote also. Kinda like a 2'fer

3. Locking.

Please see rule #2 and rule #4 here:

2. The subject line of a discussion thread and the entire text of the message which starts the thread may not include profanity, excessive capitalization, or excessive punctuation. Inflammatory rhetoric should also be avoided.

4. If you wish to start a vanity thread (ie: a discussion thread in which the sole purpose is to share your personal opinion) you must state your opinion in a non-inflammatory manner which respects differences in opinion and facilitates actual discussion.

"Flame away"?

Thanks,

4. you may be right
Clark for VP! Wuhoo! I think we've been over this. A Dean/Clark combo is nearly impervious to attacks by the gun-toting militarists and the left-left.

6. Here is another Republican consultant's take on Dean.
Read this:

http://www.oregonlive.com/news/oregonian/david_reinhard/index.ssf?/base/editorial/106829671744920.xml.

By the way, Clark is my first choice, but I will vote for Dean or any other Democratic nominee.

7. The irony here is....
That while you correctly characterize the right wing media machine, you fail to realize the obvious ammo that they will use against your chosen candidate. The right wingers are hypocrites, so despite the fact that Junior had very little executive branch experience (Texas being a state where "governor" is more or less a ceremonial title) going into his stolen office, they will exploit the fact that Clark has none, and that an "inexperienced candidate in these serious times is a risk we just can't afford" (or some similar Rovian distortion. Likewise, they would probably also throw Clark's own recent comments (2001) back at him. "they are doing a great job. we need them there".

The very propaganda machine that you mention is the thing that makes Wesley Clark - on his own - unelectable.

On the other hand, they will attack Howard Dean for his lack of experience on military matters, which will be spun as "unqualified to lead the war on terror" - again ignoring the hypocrisy of a cabinet of chickenhawks led by a deserter doing exactly that right now.

Gen. Clark has that experience. Gov. Dean has the Executive branch experience. Dean has been the consistent frontrunner, while Clark has been the closest opponent for much of the time he's been in the race. Though I'll admit to being nervous about the question of exactly when the General stopped thinking of the BCE as doing "a great job", the solution to beating Junior and the Rove-ing propaganda mill is obvious:

Dean/Clark 2004!!

That is the ticket that will bury the PNAC chickenshits.
