During the Miami Book fair, so there's no real exact time listed for his appearance.

It starts at 9:30 AM ET and is listed as lasting 8 1/2 hours. I guess your best bet would be to try to get a 8 hour tape in your vcr, if you're not going to be watching all day. There's usually some good guests on these book fairs.
