3. Me too, Me too...well actually it's on my son's hot wheel truck...
Because my husband won't let me put stickers on cars until they are paid off...my son's is. Wish I knew how to post a picture.

5. I put my stickers on magnetic sheet first
that way you don't mess up the car and they're removeable so you can change the message or remove it for a while.

Get some magnetic sticky sheet from a craft store, cut to size, and affix sticker.

First time I've ever put ANY bumpersticker on my car. So proud to be sporting this one.

Edit: type. So cool to be able to edit subject lines!

4. I'm waiting on my No W sticker
has a W with a slash thru it. As soon as I get it in the mail on it goes.

DU'ers go to this site and buy a No W sticker - wear it proudly. Get the message out - anybody but *.

Check out there other sticker - like the Dump Bush 2004 section

I'll wait a while before I get a "Dean for America" sticker

Edited on Tue Jul-22-03 10:23 PM by lkinsale
Haven't seen any others, I'm rather surprised. This is a pretty politically active town.

9. I've seen a bunch...

... Howard Dean the most probably. But also a pretty good number of Kucinich stickers and a couple of Draft Gore. I don't think I've seen any Kerry ones yet.

16. Its great...
every time we have a general meeting at this nice little neighborhood cafe, we generally take over the parking lot outside. Its funny watching all the non-kucinich people walking around in that parking lot confused as to why they had never seen or heard of Kucinich, much less a bumper sticker for him, then suddenly they were in a parking lot with about 20 bumper stickers

I think a good way to get the word out would be to take over parking lots for a day and make people think there is a wholllle lotta support!

The only other one I've seen is a Dean next to a Wellstone. (everyone left their Wellstone stickers on, some even still have their signs up!)

but I will not even get into the Dean, Wellstone business....

19. Cool, I was in Iowa a month ago
and the house next to my father-in-law's had a Edwards for Pres sign in the front yard. This is an upscale retirement townhome community. I commented on it and my liberal FIL said that his neighbor was a lifelong repug, and that had stopped discussing politics years ago. The other day he asked why the yard sign and the neighbor told him that he was so damn disgusted with * and his fellow criminals that when he heard Edwards speak while in Iowa he wrote a check, registered as a Dem for the first time in his life and is gonna campaign for him.

I won't support Edwards unless he wins the Dem nod, but I found that whole episode very encouraging.

22. I've seen several Dean and Kucinich stickers
In and around Seattle and Bainbridge Island, WA. We're pretty lefty up here, so I haven't been surprised to see so many so early.
