2. Why is noone asking about whether or not national security

has been compromised?

Salin's diatribe:

According to Novak and others - the work was involved with weapons of mass destruction. Why is noone asking the administration that goes on and on about how it must keep x and y secret, and it must spend a gazillion dollars (while cutting taxes for the wealthy) all in the name of national security - whether or not national security has been endangered through the compromising of Ms. Plame - and all of her networks? Why is noone asking why - when it was known since the Novak item was written that this was compromised - that the WH did not DEMAND in the name of national security, a damage assessment (and a major investigation). These things, along with the failure to secure nuclear sites in Iraq (which have reportedly been looted), seem to raise issue with the idea that this administration really is concerned at all with national security.

the OBVIOUS one (that I forgot) is the national security issue.

how could the WH DO such a thing?

what was that quote from poppy about outing CIA agents? he expressed himself in the STRONGEST terms. that'd be a good preface to a question concerning such a grave breach of NS.

I think Salin's line of inquiry are the most pertinent and poignant though; how badly compromised is our nat'l security because of her exposure? Is it possible that as a result of her exposure WMD's could end up in the wrong hands?

working for/with Bush1's administration and their dealing with the build up to the First Gulf War, compared to what he has heard from those about working with this Bush administration and their build up to the sequel Gulf War?

9. wednesday morning kick......and a suggestion for a question

in shrub's "press conference" yesterday, when asked why doens't he simply have all his staff sign affidavit's saying they had nothing to do with the leak, his response was that it's best left to the justice department so that "people will believe the answer." NOT so that the truth will be found. very distinct difference there.

i'd like to know mr.wilson's thoughts on this.
