Remind me again why the "Democrats" are against the First Amendment?

I couldn't believe my eyes this afternoon as I walked out of the store to someone writing expletives on my back window. When I approached this individual, his defense was "I thought it was someone else's vehicle."

Granted I do have a few bumper stickers that support Democrats running for office in 2006, Spitzer, Kucinich from 2004 and a DU sticker...there is nothing derogatory nor inflammatory (for this very reason).
