spying on and listening in on OBL phone calls is the same as spying on American citizens.

of * . . . and GHWB was going to meet with the bin Laden family on 9/11/2001 . . . and they were flown out of the country while almost every segment of the US was in lockdown (even lifeflights) . . .

So, why not?
