Hussein DID NOT make his choice for war. We went anyway, even though he agreed to comply. The military commanders DO think that the war is lost. Iraq was NEVER a safe haven for terrorists. what's with the "only a handful of trained Iraqis the same time last year"...they specifically said there were 200,000 trained to go.
