Does the US Constitution give aid to Terrorists?
That appears to be the argument they are using now a days. Must not follow the Constitution because if we allow Free Speech it will aid the Terrorists. The only right they say we can have that doesn't aid the Terrorists is the 2nd Amendment  All others can be set aside so Bush* can keep USA safe.....Just like he kept America safe in the 60's.....When he swore an oath to uphold the Constitution he thought it meant hold up the Constitution and he is doing his damndest.

1. No,
if he tried to literally "hold up" the Constitution it would burst into flames
