Who gives a flying fuck about Lieberman???
Enough already with the Lieberman posts already. Look the guy is about as significant as the smallest cockroach in some backalley. Nobody listens to him, nobody gives a shit about him, and if you want proof of this, check out the last primaries.

This man got on my shit list the minute him and Hillary penned "The Media Marketing Accountability Act"

The minute the little turd found his son playing "Mortal Kombat" and decided to use the government to suppress games such as this i.e. suppress the freedom of choice of the consumer.

Fuck Joe Lieberman he's gone out nobody cares let's discuss something more intelligent like how we deal with the fact that more than half of this country is made up of superstitious yahoos who would burn a 16 year old girl at the stake for having hiccups if Jehova Cheney told them to do so.

than obvious opponents.

3. Because we let him by giving him attention
Even right wingers know that Joe is not a mainstream democrat. He can't even be called a moderate.

4. But we aren't the only ones
MSM, like today's NY Times, run pieces about him, and talk about a rift in the Democratic Party or worse. It never hurts to plan strategy, such as finding out if anyone will run against him in the primary, whether he's swaying other Dems to his way of thinking (so we can write these Senators and pursuade them back), etc etc.

7. Yes, because of the media

and his words that damage any cohesive opposition to bad current policies. He also helps make cowards of other senators who might be willing, otherwise, to speak up, though they should take responsible tracks themselves.

2. My only hope is that we don't have to endure
any more "eating of each other today". No one likes him but there are those who wish they understood why he is such a Benedict Arnold.

5. He's just plain creepy!
The man is a tool of the corporate Mafia/GOP. CHA-CHING, is where his loyalty LIES! The sound of the cash register is the only thing that registers in guys like Joe's sicko little minds. 30 pieces of silver trumps love of country in Joe's little warm, fuzzy, sheltered world! Joe got a shocking look at reality in the 2004 primaries and he's out to make every democrat in the country pay!

6. I give a fuck
not only is he my senator (who has sky high approval ratings), but he pops up left and right on tv as the democratic point of view (which makes it no wonder some people can feel disenfranchised)

10. He's the one who gets out there on the MSM
With a D after his name and spouts this pro-Bushit crap. Anyone who didn't pay attention as much as we do could come to the conclusion that he speaks for the Democratic Party

11. He gets himself on TV, and flaps his jaws
in ways that undermine the Democratic party, and that our opponents can point to and portray as "disarray" in our ranks, and gives them something to point to as to what a "good" and "reasonable" Democrat should be.

He pisses and moans about how his party is undermining the Bush pResidency, as if it's the job of our party to prop up an incompetent pretender in the other party. As someone percieved as a leading Democrat, why does he think it's wrong to undermine the other party's credibility, but just fine to undermine his own party's credibility?

And didn't he go after Bill Clinton, his own party's President, during his political troubles? He thinks it's wrong for Democrats to undermine a Repuke president, but it's okay for them to undermine a Democratic one? Does anyone see any hypocrisy there?

IMO, it's important that he at least be marginalized in this party, and that it be made very clear that he speaks only for himself, and not for the mainstream of our party. He's a loose cannon, and his words hurt us a great deal, especially when they are given credibility by various news outlets.
