News Hour tonite: Lying POS James Kunder, USAID...
claiming the reason there are so many parts of Iraq without electricity is that so many new businesses are starting up that the electric grid can't keep up. :rofl: :rofl:

Margaret Warner asked why such a large % of reconstruction money going to "security". Mr. Kunder said because "sadists" are blowing up children.

Sadists??? I didn't know Rummy was currently in Iraq!

And how does Margaret Warner resist the urge to slap the living sh*t out of Kunder on account of he's such a ho'??? :banghead:
