5. I'll go with Schiavo
The blowhard asshole fuckstick Repugs managed to pass a "narrowly tailored" bill that "won't be used as a precedent," still failed, and Schiavo got vindicated. This might not be the BIGGEST I-told-you-so moment, but it was my favorite.
