the 'you break it you bought it' bullshit only works in department stores, not in wars that we were all lied into. i didn't break it, i didn't even touch it, somebody else broke it, not me, i didn't even want to buy it in the first place, why should i pay for a broken item that somebody else broke?

fuck iraq, THEY broke it, THEY should pay for it, THEY should fix it, or get the fuck out. either way, i didn't break iraq. so don't include me, mo paul, when you say 'we' broke iraq.

1. I say confiscate all the money the repub party has and all the
future paychecks and present assets of every congress critter that supported this. And put the money in the treasury. Everyone else is paying for this disaster except the above people. They are making a lot of money off this. Let's see some real patriotic sacrifices besides shopping and watching you job go overseas.

4. Iraq is so screwed ...
the numbers of contractors there blows my mind. http://www.primetimecrime.com/Recent/War%20on%20terror/Private%20Military%20Companies.htm
Once again...the conversation is being skewed to mumbo-jumbo bullshit arguments, rather than to illucidate the reason why...the oil factor; the money that went poof, and the corporations that pocketed it; weapons, war-crimes, and torture that are probably continuing;...none of this is spoken about. They talk of withdrawal and a timetable.. it's like watching your neighbor's house go up in flames, and you rather than get help, calmly suggest they purchase a new fire retardant that comes in a spray. Nothing jives.

6. Yeah! :)
I agree with you 100%. If people like us didn't cause this, why should we pay for it? Maybe if rich, war-loving idiots were forced to pay for their own mistakes, they wouldn't make so many of them.

7. Stop paying your taxes. A tax revolt is bloodless.

When do Americans actually stand for something, stick their necks out, and follow through on the principles they claim to believe in?

How one earns and spends their money is all we have, now.
