Scott gaggled on AF1 and yes, he gave a preview of tomorrow’s speech on the war. Among the hightlights , the WH will be releasing an unclassified “National Strategy for Victory in Iraq.” He said they hope to have it out by 6:30 a.m.

Apparently at the same press conference Bush will announce plans for:

Combatting destruction done by hurricanes

Discuss how we will not let people fly into buildings

Announce a plan for lengthening the alphabet when necessary (For hurricane use)

Announce a strategy for the Y2K problem

Announce what will be done with the budget surplus

Release the instructions for buttoning a shirt

Release his plans for his 2004 election run

Announce a runningmate

Announce the winner of Superbowl XXV

Release his plan for combating the Black Plague

Give a speech laying out the plans for the nativist Know-Nothing Party which will nominate Fillmore for President in 1856

Announce the birth of twins by his wife, Laura.
