Hey Connecticut..Can't you run a Dem against Lieberman ?
This pro-neocon trip to Iraq should get you off your butts to finally get him out of our party....This has to be the last straw for you......I'm a Floridian now but I spent the first 30 years of
my life as a Ct. Yankee...please organize an effort to back a real Democrat for Senator......Dodd must cringe every time he hears Lieberman introduced as the Democratic Senator from Connecticut.......

8. They did that in MO
Edited on Wed Nov-23-05 05:28 PM by proud2Blib
They had a bad Dem governor and another Dem ran against him in a hotly contested primary. It was bad.

Then the Dem lost the race to a Repuke who is an even worse governor.

11. From a Ct. Dem.
I'm with you!! There's been some "talk" of drafting our Attorney General, Richard Blumenthal (spelling?) to run for his seat.( Since he refused to run for Gov.) This man has "balls"!! He's one of the Dems that tried to sue the U.S. Gov. for underfunding "no child left behind" He's a Dem. thru and thru, and is as clean as the driven snow!! I don't know how he would feel about butting heads with Lieberman tho'. Lieberman is still very respected in the state among Moderates, and Dems. that aren't "in the know"!! The State Committee should be strongly influenced any way we possibly can. Perhaps a deluge of calls and letters!!
