Judge Pat Priest is giving DeLay's lawyers one week to make their case for dismissal, and then he will rule a week later.

hell to pay!!!!!! Not only in Texas but all across this country. If I were a GOP official, it would seem the sane thing to do to recommend that that judge DO NOT dismiss the indictments. If he does.....I would say the GOP would be nothing more than a footnote to history.

Quite frankly, after the 2006 elections, thats all they will be anyway.
